The ChariotMS trial
Advanced MS is a relatively new term for people who had had MS for a longer number of years and have accumulated more significant disabilities. They don't get invited to clinical trials because they are consididerd beyond treatment. So they have very limited access to licenced Disease Modifying Therapies (DMDs)
